Requesting Counsel via E-Mail, Postal Mail, etc.
|
You may initiate a request for counsel by calling KRF, sending an e-mail, sending a fax or mailing a request via
postal mail. In order to expedite the handling of your request, please follow these guidelines.
- Please include your full name in the requesting document (i.e. in the body of the e-mail, fax or letter).
- Include, in the body of the requesting document, the name of the client if different than your name
(i.e. the name of a corporate client).
- If sending an e-mail, please send it to the e-mail address provided to you upon becoming a client.
Otherwise,
send directly to KRF. If do not recall KRF's e-mail address or the e-mail address provided to you after becoming a
client then send the e-mail to info@krflaw.com.
If possible, send e-mail from an e-mail address on record with KRF.
To send encrypted requests, please use KRF's public key, or make other arrangements
with KRF for communicating with coded documents.
For telephone, facsimile and postal mail communications, please use the contact points listed on the Contact
Page. If contacting KRF by telephone, please note that most likely you will have to leave a message and then KRF
will return your call.

KRF typically responds within the same day of any request to confirm receipt of your
message. A more detailed e-mail (or letter) with
a general outline of the steps that will be taken to resolve your matter, and how long it will take, is usually provided
within twenty-four (24) hours.
